Enablers Youth Ministry Consultants founders, Craig Lewis and Skip Ecke are veterans of over 40 years of combined youth ministry and supervisory experience. We believe that youth ministry is probably one of the most important jobs of the Body of Christ. Craig and Skip became burdened by the huge turn over in youth ministers at churches and para-church organizations and knew if these folks had the correct training and supervision they could not only survive, but flourish! So Craig and Skip set out to create high quality and simple to use time management training and materials for youth ministry professionals and their supervisors.
